Refunds & Returns Policy

• Full refund if you don’t receive your order
• Full or partial refund if your item is not as described
• Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving your item

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed and before tracking number has been generated. This is due to the rules set by our Fulfilment Centres which is beyond our control.
  • If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, customers must contact us within 12 hours of order placed, after which, we are unable to oblige with your request as all orders are processed at our Fulfilment Centres. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Returns

  • If the product is defective or didn’t function as it should be, Customer has to send back to us with at least 2 photographs of the extend of damages or a short video clip of the same for investigation.
  • If the pictures and claims are authentic, Customer is required to send back the damaged item to an address provided at the time of approval for the Returns.
  • Refunds

  • Customers’ satisfaction is our #1 priority. Customers can request for a refund only when the item was shipped faulty or damaged.
  • We believed in our products and offer a 7-day of Hassle-free Refund Policy. Send us the faulty or damaged item back only when we have approved of the Returns and we’ll make a refund only upon receipt of the returned item.
  • Our Returns Policy is valid for 7 days from the date of the item received.  Within 7 days should be sufficient to test whether the item is working or faulty. Do note that No Returns or Refund request shall be obliged beyond 7 days upon receipt of the item.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must not be damaged from what was originally received. It must also be returned with the original package.
  • To return the item, Customer is advised to us by going to our Contact Us page and furnish us with your order number, name and parcel delivery address.
  • If Customer has not received the item within the guaranteed time frame indicated in the order (EXCLUDING the 2 to 5 days of order processing), customer can request for a refund or a reshipment.
  • If Customer had received the wrong item, customer can request a for Refund or a re-shipment.
  • If Customer does not want the item after receiving the item, Customer may request for a Refund but package MUST NOT BE OPENED which has to be in its original shipped condition and item MUST BE UNUSED. And the Returns shipping charge must be bored by the customer.
  • Do take note that shipping cost is Non-refundable. When a customer receives a refund, the cost of shipping, which is US$9.00 will be deducted directly from the total amount refundable.
  • Depending on where the customer lives, time varies from the time of item exchanged to the customer receipt of the item.
  • There is no guarantee that we will receive Customer’s Returned item. Therefore, Customer is advised to ship the Returned item via reputable / reliable shipping company with trackable shipping service and tracking number or purchase shipping insurance for the Returned item.
  • To complete the Return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase for the item and Proof of Delivery Certificate or Airway Bill from the shipping company.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will update Customer via email. We will also notify Customer of the approval or rejection of Refund request.
  • We Would Not Issue a Refund if:

  • Customer order did not arrive due to factors within the customer’s control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Customer’s order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of [base_url] (i.e. destination Customs’ rejection, delayed by natural disasters).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of [base_url]
  • ** Customer can submit Refund requests within 7 days from the time of receipt of the item. Customer can request it via a message from our Contact Us page.
    If Customer is approved of a Refund, time is needed to process the Refund by respective parties. A credit will be reflected on Customer’s bank statement or original mode of payment, within the next few days.

    Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

  • If Customer hasn’t received the Refund, Customer is advised to check with their bank before contacting us for our investigations.
  • If necessary investigations have been done by the customer and still did not find the Refund anywhere with the bank, Customer is encouraged to contact us for further investigations.
  • Sale Items (If Applicable)

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, however,  there is no refund for Sale items.
  • Exchanges (If Applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If customer requires to exchange the item of the same, please proceed to the link Contact Us.
  • Customers will not be entertained for returning any item that had not been granted approval for the Return.
